Zeina is a certified yoga teacher, fitness and wellness professional, she enjoys leading group classes as well as working with clients one on one, promoting mindfulness and overall wellbeing, she is passionate about movement and sequences her classes based on synchronising breath and movement and flowing in and out of asanas exploring the power of our bodies while respecting its limits as well as working towards expanding and pushing those limits with every new practice.   Zeina teaches YinYasa (vinyasa mixed with yin, working with your body preparing it with yin postures to awaken the muscles and avoid any injuries and eventually strengthening the muscles through more active postures)  And vinyasa.

Certified 900hrs yoga teacher and sound therapist, Yasmine has been practicing yoga for nearly ten years and teaching for five years. She is passionate about yoga & plant-based nutrition and strongly believes that yoga can help people live each moment mindfully, accept themselves, and raise their confidence. Yassmine is seeking to promote the essence of yoga as well as the power of free movement of the body. She loves to challenge herself  and allow her students to find a sweet spot where they can challenge themselves too. Lisa is a Wellness Practitioner, specialising in Sound Healing and Kinesiology, offering transformative wellness experiences.  Renowned for her Heart-Opening Cacao and Sound Healing Journey, she combines the healing qualities of cacao with sound vibrations for deep relaxation and self-discovery. Using Kinesiology, Lisa helps clients achieve personal goals by identifying and balancing energy imbalances through muscle testing, acupressure, and the Chinese meridian system.  This not only harmonises physical, mental, and emotional health but also releases emotional and trauma blockages. Lisa is also a certified in Hypnotherapy, Access, Reconnective Healing, and Breathwork. Her approach is holistic, focusing on unlocking a vibrant, new version of oneself.

In Vinyasa Flow she uses the breath with a creative combination of dynamic flowing movements, peppered with elements of Iyengar’s focus on alignment of the body and some funky tunes to improve strength, flexibility and balance in the body and mind. In her classes, she blends strength and mobility work in a dynamic Vinyasa Flow style, inviting her students to move, sweat, and breathe. She teaches vinyasa, power yoga, yin, Pilates, and kids, teens, and family yoga.
