Studio Policies & Guidelines

Billing & Membership

Memberships are valid for one (1) month from the date of purchase and are activated immediately. Memberships operate on a flexible, month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment and expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

Single Class Passes and First Trial Class Passes are valid for one (1) week from the date of purchase.

All payments, memberships, and pass purchases are final and non-refundable.

Usage Policy

All benefits and sessions must be used within the active membership or pass period. Unused services expire at the end of the month and cannot be rolled over, extended, transferred, or shared.

Booking, Cancellation & Attendance

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class. Late cancellations (within 12 hours) or no-shows will result in the session being charged or deducted from the package.

Emirates Cabin Crew & School Teachers Discount

The discount is valid exclusively for the Single Class Pass. Eligible Emirates Cabin Crew members and School Teachers must present or submit a photo of their valid staff ID to receive a unique promo code.
