Membership Terms & Conditions

Billing & Payment:
Memberships are valid for one month from the date of purchase and expire automatically. Payments are non-refundable once processed.

Cancellation / Termination:
This is a flexible, month-to-month contract with no long-term commitment.

Usage Policy:
Benefits are valid only within the membership period. Unused services expire at the end of the month and cannot be rolled over, extended, or transferred. Memberships are non-shareable.

Booking & Attendance:
If unable to attend, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being charged.

To claim your discount for single class pass, please send us a photo of your crew ID to receive your unique promo code.

Pass Activation:
All passes are activated on the date of purchase.

Non-Refundable:
All package purchases are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class. Late cancellations (within 12 hours of the class) or no-shows will result in one session being deducted from your package.
