Zeina is a certified yoga teacher, fitness and wellness professional, she enjoys leading group classes as well as working with clients one on one, promoting mindfulness and overall wellbeing, she is passionate about movement and sequences her classes based on synchronising breath and movement and flowing in and out of asanas exploring the power of our bodies while respecting its limits as well as working towards expanding and pushing those limits with every new practice. Zeina teaches YinYasa (vinyasa mixed with yin, working with your body preparing it with yin postures to awaken the muscles and avoid any injuries and eventually strengthening the muscles through more active postures) And vinyasa.

For me, yoga is more than just physical exercise. I am deeply immersed in yoga. Once I fell in love with yoga, it is forever. I always dreamed of helping people and being useful to them, but it was difficult to understand how I could do it. I wanted to find a workout that I enjoyed and that allowed to be healthy and fit. The only instances where I used to have so much fun and feel like I’m exercising in some sort of way, was when I used to put on my favorite song and danced to it, or when I was out for a party or wedding.. and then I thought why not build a workout out of it? This is how Feel it started. Feel it really helped me stop worrying about working out. And I found my balance. I work out 3 times a week, sometimes more but the highlight of it is that I don’t feel like I’m working out. It has become a part of me. All you need is to START because at Feel it, we want you to feel your best self and enjoy working out.

Originally from Ireland and now based in Dubai, Siobhan has been teaching yoga for over four years. Deeply passionate about the practice, she is drawn to yoga not only for its physical benefits but also for its rich spiritual teachings. Siobhan believes that through the consistent and mindful use of asana—the physical limb of yoga - students can access a deeper, more transformative experience of the practice. Her classes are strong, creative, and thoughtfully balanced, offering both challenge and rest to support growth on and off the mat.

Jennifer brings over six years of teaching experience and more than 500 hours of yoga training. Offering breath-focused, Hatha-inspired Vinyasa classes that blend strength, flow and mindful awareness, inviting students to move with intention while feeling both supported and challenged. Sequences are creative, fluid and grounding, incorporating restorative yin, guided meditation and deep relaxation to build strength and cultivate balance. Jennifer’s aim is always to create a warm, inclusive space where every student feels safe to explore, grow and leave the mat feeling uplifted and restored.

Filipa is a passionate movement instructor with a background in classical ballet, modern dance, and jazz. Her love for dance naturally evolved into a deep interest in fitness, leading her to complete her teacher training in Barre, a class that blends dance-inspired technique with strength and conditioning for a full-body workout. Alongside teaching, Filipa works as cabin crew, a role that has taken her around the world and allowed her to experience fitness studios and classes across different cultures. She brings this global inspiration into her teaching style, combining precision, musicality, and energy to create uplifting and challenging sessions.

Asya Eneva
Ballet Mentor
Asya Eneva is artistic director of Pirouette ballet studio and a ballet teacher with more then 10years of experience. In 2007, she proudly graduated from the National School of Dance Art in Sofia under the guidance of the esteemed prima ballerina, Krasimira Koldamova. Following her graduation, she embarked on her professional career as a ballerina at the Sofia National Opera and Ballet in 2007. During her tenure there, she danced many classical ballet roles, including in "The Nutcracker," "Sleeping Beauty," "Swan Lake," "Don Quixote," "Giselle," "La Sylphide," "Zorba the Greek," and many others. Her artistry extended beyond the national stage, as she showcased her talent in performances across South Korea, the UAE, Italy, Greece, England, and Spain. In 2015, Asya Eneva earned her Master's degree in Ballet Pedagogy, specializing in the Vaganova method, and accumulated years of experience as a mentor, working with both children and adults. Throughout her journey, she was invited to lead various ballet and dance workshops in Italy, England, and Bulgaria.

Brazilian-born, Joana brings the warmth, rhythm, and uplifting energy of Brazil into every class. A Pilates Mat & Reformer and Barre instructor, she is known for creating dynamic sessions that challenge the body while keeping movement fluid, precise, and intentional. Her classes are strong and energizing, you will feel the burn, but they go far beyond a physical workout. Joana guides each session with a focus on awareness and presence, helping students build strength while reconnecting with their body, mind, and inner energy. Expect thoughtful sequences, motivating energy, and a space where movement becomes both powerful and deeply grounding.
